Hello readers its my great pleasure to tell you about the new features or small updates added to windows 8.1 recently.

some of them are :
1 - Power and search button on the start screen
Everyone knows how exhausting it was to every time open the charms menu and go to settings and click in the power button to shut the windows 8.1 pc down but it seems like Microsoft recognised the problem and fixed it in a small update.there are people who don't even know how to shut their windows 8 pc down.
2 - Minimize and close option in windows 8 mode apps
There are times when we get irritated of dragging these apps down again and again to close them and with a huge number of suggestions made Microsoft thing of a solution which resulted in this update.Now we a have two separate buttons to minimize the app and to close it. the minimize option is a good thing and you will see it below why is say this.
3 - Minimized windows 8 mode apps are now on the task bar
Earlier when we have to work on the desktop and we want to switch to an app then either we have to keep the app open in the background or which is very bad for multitasking or keep it open simultaneously side by side to the desktop.But the update solves this problem also. now when we minimise the apps they are minimised to the task bar which allows us to easily switch between apps and offer a great and responsive multitasking experience.
