Well, its time we stop talking about ios and android because android being and open source platform gave birth to a lot more operating systems which are much more stable and good looking than the parent itself.The most famous one is what everyone knows i.e CM stands for cyanogen mod.But being an example for everyone else , CM is facing some serious competition from other parts of the world. for example a company called xiaomi developed its own custom version of android called MIUI which is a mixture of ios user interface as well as android. it runs Google play store and some extra features that the company has decided to provide the users.And its so difficult to choose between just these two while there are hundreds or thousands more of these custom ROMs and rooting has eradicated the issue of using a particular ROM for a device. You can install any ROM on almost any device these days.
And i think i already have an answer.
